Global Canine Security is owned by Roy Mederios. Roy has been training
and competing in the German Sport of Schutzhund for many years. During that time
he made contacts worldwide. His time spent in Europe proved most beneficial,
where he made friendships with key breeders and top trainers. In addition,
through his work with North American Working Dog Association (AWDA), he became
certified in police dog training.
In the next years, Roy furthered his education by volunteering his time with the
United States Marine corps. There he concentrated in military style training for
special ops and scouting.
With his working knowledge of law enforcement, Roy was asked to lead seminars
for K9 Swat teams. He has spent time working with agencies throughout the United
States in latest techniques in training methods.
In addition to this experience he has been called to train many dogs who's owners were at the end of their leash. One of the clients who worked with Roy for her dogs had this to say:
