We are currently in the best apartment that we know we will ever be able to find in the New Bedford area, and unfortunately we have to move on.

For the past year myself and family have literally been living in HELL, can't take the abuse any longer. Me, my fiance and two young daughters can't speak without the in-laws turning it into an argument. 5 years ago I redid their entire basement and turned it into "OUR" little home. Never was appreciated. Feel like we are living in a war zone. The mother is a miserable older women and the father's health problems don't make the situation any better. My oldest daughter constantly says, "Daddy, when are we moving out?" My response, "Soon, baby soon" Sad thing is is that I don't know when. We live in Westport, which I do not mind at all, I would love to stay in this town, but my fiance and myself both collect SSI & SSDI, she gets more than me. But wqe have a steady income and dont care if we were broke the rest of our lives all we want is to be happy. We have a tiny chi-poo Chiuaua/poodle mix weighs no more than 4 lbs. If anyone has an apt out there with or w/o utilities please contact me. I am not the type of person to do something like this but I am in dire need of a move somewhere where I can call HOME. The only problem we do have is the sec dep. Because of being on SSI &SSDI money doesn't go a long way for us. But I am a very good handyman if you ever needed one in your apt complex. Currently we are residing in West Warwick RI in a 2 bdrm apt, I love it here however my husband and I need to be closer to family in Middleboro,Taunton,Lakeville,Raynham area.

My husband has resided in this apt for 6-7 years and I for 1, we were married in 07 and downsized to his residence from where I lived in Taunton. We have plenty of references and are financially sound. Neither of us drink and I am the only smoker,I do have a 10 lb silky terrior well behaved that is our family.

What I'm looking for is a 2 bed room as I do alot of crafting and need that additional space for sewing etc. I want to not have to paint or repair as i have done a great deal of work in our current place. I would need it to include a fridge and stove and more importantly want gas heat. I love lots of windows and even a slider to exit would be nice. I am an avid gardner and will be bringing my perinnials along with me. We do have a washer and dryer and would need a hook up. I can't have small closets as we are not yet ready to part with our life's memories just yet. My husband is retired at 69 years of age and I work from home, so therefore I would need an internet connection. We currently have Verizon Fios and love that. We also have 2 vehicles so we would need parking. I have lived in the country most of my life and would prefer to not be directly in the city or town unless it's of course just a short distance. We are going to dislike leaving where we're at as we are close to all things, but I miss my grandchildren dearly and need to come back to that area.

We have no problem paying a security and rent in advance. And we would prefer either gas heat or heat included. I am not looking to spending 1000-1200. I will buy at that price. I am hoping that there is an owner occupied residence that is looking for a mature couple that are, healthy, responsible and will respect their property or a place that respects their property.

A home!!! Close to the RI/MA border. Tired of apartments and so are my boys! We are looking for a nice home to rent. A yard, basement (unfinished is fine), 2-3 bedrooms, decent sized kitchen and living room. Anything that is in decent condition and has enough space for a mom and two boys ages 11 & 14. They are very mellow kids, and aren't rough and destructive. No smoking, one pet (a very well-trained cat). Even though it would be someone else's home, I would like to find something I can "call" my own and (hopefully) not have to move again or at least not for a very long time. I LOVE to garden, landscape, remodel, refinish. I'm pretty talented with most home projects. I was in my last apartment for 8 years. Recently moved to Rehoboth in with my sister and her family until I can find just what I'm looking for. I am divorced and am currently employed with the school department. I have awful credit (due to a divorce and foreclosure 7 years ago...it takes forever to get back on top!) but I work hard, usually 2-3 jobs at a time, I'm completely dependable and I take very good care of what's mine.
