Results This Person Needs To Achieve:
To make 125-150+ outbound calls per day to “clean” the marketing list so we can send direct mail and email marketing pieces to them. You will be verifying and correcting any information in the database that is incorrect, inputting email address and number of computers and servers the company has, and any other extra information gathered. You will be assigning each of these contacts to a Marketing Group and Profile depending on their qualifications.
“Cleaning” the marketing list consists of:
VERIFYING (and correcting if wrong): Main contact name (President, CEO, CFO, etc.), mailing address, & phone number.
GATHERING: Email address for main contact, number of computers company has, & number of servers the company has.
Responsibilities:
1. Database maintenance, which includes (but is not limited to) checking for duplicates, accuracy of information, DNC requests, & updating old addresses, phone numbers, and contacts.
2. Assigning company profiles to Marketing Groups & Profiles.
3. Tracking your results on the “Daily Activity” sheet.
Skills:
• Outstanding communications, writing, and editing skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work with diverse groups, including volunteers, staff and agency representatives
• Non-profit or healthcare experience preferred
Related Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field

We require a Registered Nurse (RN) or other licensed healthcare professional with a solid Medicare certified home care background and proven sales and marketing abilities.
This project involves a one-time visit to local New England grocers to put up shelf signs. Store list will be provided depending on your geographical area, willingness to travel, and number of days/hours you can work. The time spent in each store should be about 15 minutes.
Pay is per store ($11 per store). Store Summary Form must be completed at the store level and mailed within one week to complete job.
