This is just for a single person rental because of septic. THIS HOUSE INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES ELECTRIC, GARBAGE, GAS, WATER, SEWAGE, ROKU Spectrum Cable with 120 channels and INTERNET. There is a washer and dyrer that we share that is available Monday - Friday afer 5pm for you in the mudroom. If you have to wash everything all the time, this not the place for you. We ask no more than 2-3 loads a week to protect our septic system. All bills combined on average equal $450 per month on average if you did it on your own out here. There is water access to use my kayaks and canoe.

You must have a income of over $3,500 a month after taxes and have check stubs and bank statements to prove it. Or make over $50,000 before taxes.
If you are student, student's parent must put their name on the lease. First, last and $1,700.00 security with 2 back up credit cards on file. Payment plan over several months for security is negotiable.

Perfect for a retiree, student or business professional! 30 minutes from Newport and Providence, RI and a hour to Boston and Hyannis, Mass. 15 Minutes from Fall River train. This is a cozy apartment with a yard the size of a NBA basket ball court with views of lake Watuppa! There are 2 parking spaces across the street that are always avaialble. There is a small amount of closet space and there is some storage in the attic. This is a 2 family house. There is a 2 bedroom apartment to the right of your apartment that is occupied. Each unit has their own parking spaces, outdoor space and separate entrances for max privacy. This is a fun house but not a party house.
