A particularly-elegant effect...
- 19th C. slate/'black marble' drum clock with fine, extensive gilt-incising.
- Recently came from France; I cleaned and did a Renaissance Wax treatment,
best-revealing the inherent beauty.
- Open-escapement face with beveled glass ; no rear cover
- Elegant polished black/slate shows-off the gilt incising beautifully
- Overall very-nice condition; just some nicks at the base front corners
- Functional state untested, so offered as-is.
- No key or pendulum
- Measures: 20" long x 7" wide x 12" high
