Choose from four great old school receivers. Looking to sell three and keep the last. Hooked up to some quality Sony floor speakers for a test listen. Buy similar online plus shipping costs and wonder if you'll be disappointed or try these out and know what you're getting. I'm usually available Sundays if you want to come by.
All in great physical shape with only minor flaws.
Yamaha CR-820 - 50 Watts per channel - Front illumination is out but just back from the shop for a right channel replacement so super clean inside and everything else is working 100% Didn't realize it was out when I dropped it off. Replacement kits on EBay for $13 or upgrade to LED for $26 so not a big deal. $525
Pioneer SX-3700 - 45 Watts per channel - Just back from the shop for a balance issue so super clean inside and everything is working 100%. $375
Fisher RS-1020 - 20 Watts per channel - I'd been using this a lot while the Yamaha and Pioneer were on injured reserve but they are back now so willing to let this one go. Although lower powered it has more than adequate boom and great sound quality. The only real issue is you occasionally have to wiggle the selector knob to get it to connect fully but isn't a chronic issue. Probably needs some DeoxIT. $160
Realistic STA-120B - 40 Watts per channel - It's got a slight hum when you turn up the volume so not as clear as the others but plenty loud. More of a vintage look too so depending on your decor you might like this one best. I might bring it to the shop to clean up the sound. $100 as it is.
