Fall River Property Management has a rare opening for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated, hands-on individual who enjoys problem-solving and wants to maximize their earning potential.
Compensation:
- Base fee paid per service call
- Hourly rate starting at $22+
- Additional flat-rate work opportunities available
- High performers have high earning potential
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple residential properties
- Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently
- Handle a variety of tasks (no two days are the same)
- Communicate clearly with management and tenants when needed
- Work effectively with basic technology and apps
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong general maintenance knowledge and repair experience
- Ability to improvise and problem-solve in different situations
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Desire to work efficiently and make money
- Plumbing experience is a plus, but not required
Ideal Candidate:
Someone who can walk into any situation, figure it out, and get the job done right.
