PEARL EXPORT VINTAGE 90s 4 PIECE DRUM KIT SHELL PACK w/ HARDWARE STAND - $425 (Fall River)

The set is a standard entry level Rock kit from the era consisting of a 16"x22" bass, 12"x11" tom, 13"x12" tom and 16"x16" floor tom.
All batter heads have been replaced with 2-ply pinstripe unbranded from Amazon. The resonant heads as well as the bass drum logo head are all Pearl original to the kit. The logo head has a rip where the Paiste cymbal sticker is, taped from the back to stop spreading.
I found the same stands in a 1991 Pearl catalog online, they are all gold label 850 series and the pedal is a P-780. It comes with snare stand, 1 straight and 1 short boom cymbal stand as well as Hi Hat, all single braced. All the felts and wing-nuts have been replaced as they were missing or worn.
The drums feature long style lugs that are 3-piece design not true hi tension lugs like on the more expensive sets.
This set had been in storage for 10+ years and not used, it was dirty with light rust so I stripped everything down bare and cleaned it all inside and out. There is still light imperfections in the chrome in the form of peppering but overall it looks amazing for it's age being almost 35 years old.
The shells have some scratches, nicks and wear throughout the most being around the tom mounts as it appears they were loose and moving while playing at some point. The tom holder arms have a little play in them but function properly. One of the bass drum spurs has been welded on as pictured.
I tried to be thorough in my description, this kit has plenty of life left in it and is ready to go!
Great for a beginner, someone in a classic rock, 80s hair or tribute band looking for that authentic vintage style you won't find in today's more popular jazz style kits.
