This is an open shared space and you will be sharing with the artist owner of the building--just two artists on the entire 2000 sq. ft first floor. Sorry, but because of dust, no woodworking or ceramics. The space is not suitable for retail, frequent clients, or open-to-the-public type businesses. Residential use is not permitted.
Rent includes water and electricity. Gas bill for heat is shared 50/50 on a monthly basis. Flexible start for the right tenant--available now.
