I have rented in someone's home for these two years, and I pay $700/month. Ideally, I would like to pay this as well. I am extremely easy on people's belongings, fixtures, and appliances; using them only minimally. I will always 1/5/2026 be respectful and clean up after myself. Additionally, I have no criminal history, and do not use tobacco, alcohol, or recreational drugs. Also, no pets.
My reason to need to move is: My landlord (Middleboro) is needing to allow her adult family to come into her home in my place. She will provide an excellent reference. I will be happy to speak with you.

P.S. An update, Monday,1/5/2026, I just moved to Taunton one day ago. However, the new landlord is extremely meticulous and has revealed themself, to be uncompromisingly difficult to work with. I say this, based upon, his not keeping his word according to what was agreed to prior to my moving in and adding new restrictions. In sum, I would like safety and security as my major request.
