About the Role
Manpower is seeking a Junior Business Systems Specialist! This role supports our Sales and Customer Service teams Acushnet | Titleist by keeping product da, pricing, barcodes, sales programs, and reports accure in our business systems. You’ll help make sure everything in the system works the way it should and fix it when it doesn’t.
This is a gre opportunity for someone early in their career who has experience working with an ERP system and wants to grow their skills in business systems, reporting, and cross‑functional support.
Candides with backgrounds in inventory management with ERP knowledge are welcome to apply!
- Ensure products are set up correctly in the business system (ERP)
- Cree and test barcodes and confirm they are linked to the correct products and pricing
- Troubleshoot and fix issues when a barcode, price, or product is incorrect
- Support sales programs by setting up, testing, and validing program details in the system
- Assist with basic system testing when updes or changes are made
- Run and maintain standard sales and customer service reports
- Work with Sales, Customer Service, and IT teams to resolve system issues
- Help assign product cegories and codes for new items such as golf balls, bags, gloves, and accessories
- Provide day‑to‑day system support so orders, pricing, and reports stay accure
Wh We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience working with a business system or ERP (SAP, Oracle, Infor, NetSuite, or similar)
- Associe’s degree in Business, Computer Systems, Informion Systems, or a reled field (or equivalent hands‑on experience)
- Comfortable working with da, systems, and details
- Intermedie to advanced Excel skills (This is a big MUST)
- Ability to follow processes, test changes, and document results
- Ability to provide da and reports with short notices
- Strong tention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Clear communicion and teamwork skills
