Tech Support Specialist (Help Desk / Service Desk)

If you’re the person people come to when something “just isn’t working,” this could be a great fit. We’re looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, helping others, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for employees reaching out with tech issues - whether it’s a quick fix or something more complex. You’ll track requests, solve problems, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Location: Hybrid | Fairhaven, MA
Pay and Shift: $26/hr | Monday - Friday, Regular Business Hours
