In addition to that, recent replaced or updated stuff includes: Goodyear Endurance tires date code (0323), zero offset wheels, complete brake assemblies on new backing plates inside turned drums, complete spare drum with brake assembly and bearing installed, rubber suspension equalizer with wet bolts and heavy duty shackles, reefer circuit board, furnace circuit boards and burner assembly, landing leg stabilizer, TPMS system, bedroom curtains, SurgeGuard shore power protection, EPDM roof coating, Victron battery monitor, (2) Trojan 6V golf cart batteries in custom box, flat screen TV on articulated mount, sofa bed mattress, bathroom fan, shower/tub skylight, portable 36 gal sewer tank, slide seals, running lights. Frame, suspension, and running gear are all solid. If not familiar with Titaniums, take note that you tow 25 feet but live in 30.
Woodwork has water damage that will need repair in the future. Currently the trailer is completely usable and absolutely everything works. I'm selling because I bought a different style RV last fall. If I had not, I would have taken this one to FL last winter and would not hesitate do so again this coming winter.
Small tractor with backhoe/loader or other interesting trade considered.
