Single family home in Cape Cod Massachusetts. Located in the town of Mashpee in the New Seabury development. Less than 2 miles to the beach.
- The main level has a 65 inch Smart TV with cable and blu-ray player, and wi-fi. There is a fully stocked kitchen, electric stove, dish washer, air fryer/toaster oven, Keurig, microwave, and dining room. There is a pellet stove. The house has huge cathedral ceilings. There are 3 skylights in the living room to let in natural light. There is a half bath on this level.
- The second level has 2 good size bedrooms with a full bath.
- There is a small balcony overlooking the front yard.
- There is a loft area with several books and a record player, CD player, and radio
- There is a lower level bedroom with a full bath (shower, no tub).
- Each bedroom and the living room have mini split (heat and A/C)
